Crossfire's Bid For Four Straight Falls Short

Seattle, WA - Crossfire Premier '91 lost to Eastside FC '91 today 0-1 in overtime to end their bid for a fourth straight state cup championship. Both teams battled hard the entire way. Congratulations, Eastside, on the win and championship!

Crossfire now turns its full attention to preparing for the Manchester United Premier Cup in May.

Crossfire Returns to State Cup Final

Bellevue, WA - Crossfire Premier '91 beat a very good Silverlake Spirit '91 team today 1-0 to win their Washington State Cup Semi-Final game. Crossfire scored early in the second half on a PK and kept pressure on down the stretch to secure the win. Congratulations, Silverlake Spirit '91, on the spirited and well played game - you had a tremendous state cup run.

Crossfire Premier '91 now sets its sights on the State Cup Championship where they will be defending their title.

Crossfire Advances to Semi-Finals

Redmond, WA - Crossfire Premier '91 advanced to the 2006 State Cup Championship Semi-Finals today by beating a great ECFC '91 Green team 1-0 in 40+mph winds, a driving rain and 40- degree weather. Crossfire scored in the first minute of play and both teams played hard the entire way in what was arguably the worst playing conditions ever experienced by these girls. Congratulations, ECFC '91 for your great tournament run. With the win, Crossfire Premier '91 moves one step closer in their quest to successfully defend their state cup crown.

Redmond, WA - In their first meeting in over a year, Crossfire beat an outstanding FC Vancouver Liberty '91 squad today by a final tally of 5-1. Crossfire got on the board early in the opening period, scoring twice to take a comfortable 2-0 lead into the half. They quickly added a third early in the second half. After allowing a goal in the bottom half of the second half, Crossfire quickly answered with two more to earn the victory. Crossfire demonstrated a strong and balanced scoring attack today, with four different girls connecting.
