200412a
Washougal, Wa - Crossfire Premier '91 travelled down I-5 to play FC Vancouver Freedom '90 today, in a late afternoon contest. It was a picture perfect day, complete with magnificent Mt. Hood in the distance. Crossfire 91's put two in the net in the first half and another three in the second half. Thanks to FC Vancouver for the great game.

We wish all of the GU14 Division One teams the best as they prepare for the 2005 State Cup.

The 91's look forward to the holiday break prior to preparing for the 2005 State Cup; we've drawn bracket H in the GU 13 age group.

Happy Holidays and safe travels to all!

Crossfires Tie

200412b
Redmond, Wa - Crossfire '91 battled Crossfire '90 A. Lombard to a 1-1 tie in an afternoon contest at Redmond's Perrigo Park. The 91's held a lead for most of the game scoring in the midpoint of the first half on a great cross-fire combination. The 90's scored off of a free kick in the back half of the second period.   Late in the game, the 91's had a chance on a PK, but the 90's keeper made a great save. Thanks to the 90's for the great game. Best of luck to your team in your State Cup run.

Next week the 91's travel to Vancouver to take on the Freedom in the final game of the 2004 league season.
